Three engagements that show how I work: modernise the stack and test what actually reaches the user.
Rebuilt ad-quality automation for Fox News, Fox Business, Fox Weather and Fox Sports on a modern, network-aware stack.
- Architected the next-generation Playwright + TypeScript framework and retired the legacy Python / Selenium-Wire infrastructure, cutting CI execution time.
- Intercept and assert client-side ad requests and tracking pixels natively with page.route(), and mock responses for negative and prod-like tests.
- Validate XML ad responses from GAM, FreeWheel and Google IMA for correct sequencing (pre-, mid- and post-rolls, pods, wrappers), plus ad-collapse and layout shift across web and mobile web.
Led a four-engineer automation team for ads features in Pandora's $1.1B ad business.
- Subject-matter expert leading four automation engineers; drove POCs and presented automation ROI to management.
- Migrated CI from Jenkins to GitHub Actions and adopted Cucumber BDD with a custom Gherkin grammar to cut duplicated test definitions.
- Extended coverage to the "lean-back" experience on Roku and Fire TV, and pushed suite reliability above 95%.
Secured the redesign of a 401(k) Student Debt Retirement benefit.
- Automated web and mobile journeys with Playwright, TypeScript and Cucumber for the redesigned UI.
- Automated Plaid account aggregation, balance checks and loan-repayment sync, plus MFA and OTP authentication flows.
- Built UAT and production verification suites, toggling Optimizely feature flags for release sign-off.

- Led the migration to Playwright + TypeScript and architected the framework now used in place of the legacy Python stack.
